CDDSis pleased to announce a new job opening in its IT Support department in Luxembourg.**Your responsibilities**As an IT support technician, your main tasks will be:- Helpdesk operation: you will be the contact person for the clients technical issues and questions. You will understand the overview of the situation, analyse the log files and resolve the issues accordingly.- Quality improvement: you will research and evaluate solutions for efficiency and quality improvement.- IT documentation: you will define the technical documentation methodology and review the technical specifications manuals.- Internal IT support: you will help the team with the resolution of technical issues.- Follow-up and organization of your tasks from A to Z.****Your profile**:- Working knowledge of Server Configuration, Microsoft Server 2003, 2008 and 2012 operating systems is mandatory.- Microsoft Office packages 2003 and 2010- Windows Server- Microsoft SQL management and configuration, MS Visual Studio 2010.- A knowledge of database management (MS Access, SQL).- Working knowledge with Windows 7/10- Excellent command of French and English.
