We areseeking a proactive and detail-oriented Temporary Health &Safety (H&S) Specialist to support our Health, Safety &Environment (HSE) function. This role will contribute to thedevelopment and implementation of safety protocols, compliancesystems, and ISO certification readiness, while ensuring ongoingsupport for training, documentation, and audit activities. KeyResponsibilities: - Collaborate in the development, implementation,and oversight of preventive and protective measures and relatedcontrol systems to ensure a safe working environment. - Support thedefinition and delivery of information and training programsrelated to occupational risks and safety measures. Coordinate andsupervise safety awareness initiatives across the organization. -Assist in the planning and coordination of health surveillanceactivities in collaboration with the appointed occupationalphysician. - Manage and organize safety and environmentaldocumentation. - Ensure proper management and compliance ofdocumentation related to the maintenance of in-house equipment andfacilities. - Conduct H&S audits of subcontractors and supportthe drafting of DUVRI (Documento Unico di Valutazione dei Rischi daInterferenze) in compliance with regulatory requirements.Requirements: - Bachelor''s degree in Occupational Health &Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field. -Professional certification in Health & Safety (e.g., NEBOSH,ASP/CSP, or local equivalent) is an advantage. - Proven experiencein H&S management, preferably within industrial, construction,or manufacturing sectors. - Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001standards and implementation processes is a plus. - Strongorganizational and documentation skills. - Ability to conductsafety audits and coordinate with external providers andsubcontractors. - Excellent communication and training facilitationskills. - Fluency in English.
