Eataly is now hiring Mozzarella Makers to join their team!Mozzarella Makers will be responsible for making fresh mozzarella to the standards and specifications of Eataly. Tastes, smells, feels and generally observes plugs of cheese for quality and standards. Cooks milk and other specified ingredients to make the mozzarella. Weighs, packages and labels completed mozzarella. Will engage in excellent customer service at the mozzarella counter.As an ambassador of Eataly products and services, the Mozzarella Maker is responsible for helping to create and maintain quality experiences for each guest that comes to Eataly. Must be able to stand for periods of up to four hours in length.- Reports to the Salumi/Formaggi Manager.
