Your Role
As our Business Analyst, you will support and challenge the various departments within Televic NV (Televic Conference and Televic Healthcare). With a robust data warehouse as our foundation, youll focus on unlocking intelligent insights and driving process optimization.
- Translate business questions into analytical insights and compelling dashboards.
- Empower teams (HR, R&D, Finance, and Operations in Belgium, Bulgaria, and the US) to make data-driven decisions.
- Critically evaluate, redefine, and optimize internal processes for greater efficiency.
- Work closely with stakeholders at all levels to identify needs and shape impactful improvement projects.
- Report directly to the COO.
Who Are We Looking For?
- At least 2 years experience in a corporate environment.
- Masters degree in an economic field (Business Engineering, Business Economics, or equivalent).
- Advanced PowerBI skills, ODOO experience is a plus
- Strong analytical skills, very good communicator, and a passion for process improvement.
- Adaptable and excited to tackle diverse projects and environments.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and ready to take initiative.
