Consumer Digital Project Manager Consumer Solutions JobOverview We are looking for a Consumer Digital Project Manager tojoin our Digital Services team. These roles involve driving thedevelopment and deployment of digital services for ConsumerSolutions, with a focus on enhancing consumer experiences on ourwebsite and mobile platforms. You will be working closely withvarious internal stakeholders, including Marketing, IT, andOperations, to ensure a seamless and customer-centric experience.Key Responsibilities 1. Consumer Digital Project Manager ConsumerSolutions As the Consumer Solutions Project Manager, your role willbe to improve consumer experiences on our digital platforms. Yourresponsibilities include: - Co-designing consumer-centric digitalsolutions across our website, mobile apps, and customercommunication tools. - Defining and executing the roadmap fordigital service improvements, focusing on consumer acquisition,conversion, and retention. - Leading the international roll-out ofconsumer digital solutions while ensuring they align with localbusiness needs. - Working closely with business units to define usecases, manage change, and ensure seamless service delivery. -Coordinating workshops to gather business needs and proposeinnovative digital solutions. - General Responsibilities for BothRoles - Collaborate with Business Units (BU), IT, Marketing,Design, Customer Service, and Sales teams to define the digitalservices strategy. - Benchmark competitors services and identifykey differentiators. - Drive agile project management across allstakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. - Create andmaintain service documentation and communication tools. -Facilitate training workshops and webinars for local teams toensure proper adoption of digital solutions. - Monitor markettrends in e-commerce and digital consumer engagement to proposenew, innovative solutions. Profile & Skills We are looking fordigital project managers passionate about growing e-commercebusinesses and driving change in a dynamic, international context.- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in B2C digital services, mobileapp management, or consumer digital solutions. Experience in thee-commerce or delivery sector is highly desirable. - LanguageSkills: Fluent in English and French. A third language is a plus. -Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of digital tools such as MSPack-Office (Excel, Word, PPT), Google Analytics, Jira, Confluence,Figma, Klaxoon/Miro. Experience with omnichannel customerrelationship management (CRM) and mobile app/web development is aplus. - Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communicationskills, leadership abilities, adaptability, and a pragmaticapproach to problem-solving. - Mindset: Strong organizationalskills, with the ability to navigate complex environments and focuson user satisfaction and business needs. - Location:Issy-les-Moulineaux, France (with 2 days of home office per week).Occasional travel mainly within Europe (2 days permonth).
