Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager located in Venice. The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for overseeing 3 restaurants and 2 bars daily operations, managing food service, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing training to staff, and budgeting for FB operations.

Customer Service and Training abilities
Budgeting experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Previous experience in a similar role
Bachelor''s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
Knowledge about Micros systems
