Job Description:The Credit & Sales Administration Specialist is responsible for ensuring the implementation and compliance with the Credit Policy. The role aims to conduct accurate risk assessments to prevent credit risks from impacting the organization''s profitability and cash flow. Collaboration with Operations and Sales teams is essential to facilitate issue resolution and review processes, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and internal guidelines.Responsibilities:Ensure the implementation and compliance with the Credit Policy, supporting the Credit Manager in relations with departments such as Sales, Accounting, Controlling, Operations, and Marketing. Work with Sales and Operations to manage credit properly and resolve issues. Manage claims, monitor and resolve claims in collaboration with Sales and Operations. Perform Dunning procedures as per credit guidelines.Conduct credit risk analysis on potential and existing customers using financial data, make proposals, and secure approvals. Manage orders on credit hold, evaluate and propose releases, and activate escalation processes when necessary according to the Credit Policy.Prepare Monthly Ageing analysis, develop Credit Reports with key performance indicators. Manage cash application, bank payment processing, customer statement reconciliations, and ensure timely litigation with external lawyers. Review and update standard credit procedures.Require 4-5 years of experience in OTC, Credit Management, or Cash Application, preferably within a consumer products or food/beverage manufacturing/distribution environment.Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel. Fluent in English. Good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and Celonis applications. Knowledge of financial KPIs and credit management regulations. Ability to analyze customer credit risk. Excellent organizational skills, deadline respect, problem-solving attitude, and teamwork are essential. Travel requirements are 0-10%.#J-18808-Ljbffr
