Responsibilities:

Menu development: Design an original menu reflecting modern culinary trends and Molfars unique vision.

Team management: Recruit, train, and lead a kitchen brigade, fostering a professional and motivated work environment.

Quality control: Ensure consistent high quality of dishes and adherence to presentation standards.

Procurement management: Select and establish partnerships with top suppliers, monitor ingredient quality, and optimize costs.

Standards compliance: Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in the kitchen.

Financial management: Oversee the kitchen budget, control expenses, and ensure profitability.

Guest interaction: Contribute to crafting a unique guest experience, including the development of tasting menus and hosting special events.


Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in fine dining establishments.

Education: Culinary training or qualifications are an advantage.

Leadership skills: Ability to lead a team effectively, inspire, and mentor staff.

Creativity: Innovative approach to dish creation and menu design.

Languages: Fluency in French and English.
