The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following responsibilities:
Accounting:
- Monthly accounting closing tasks
- Preparation of cash flow forecast and follow up of deviations
- Provide accounting support to other companies of the Group
Tax and compliance:
- Preparation and presentation of tax declarations (VAT, withholding tax, etc.)
- Preparation of statements intended for government and other institutions
- Follow up of legal topics jointly with advisors and management
- Provide support in relation to external auditors information requests
Others:
- Creation of local reports to provide accurate information to the Business and Finance
- Develop KPI dashboards and lead ad hoc analyses
- Review and management of retailers and distributors promotions claims
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor''s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or Economics
- 3+ years experience in similar role
- Passion for technology and curious to further learn the how and why behind the numbers
- Problem solving skills and ownership
- Ability to complete work on schedule. Accuracy mindset
- Fluency in English and Spanish. Its a plus Italian knowledge
