Industries: You will not focus on a specificsector, you may work for clients active in the following sectors:Transport, logistics, manufacturing, oil & gas, pharma, retail,service providers, etc. Your key responsibilities NationalEmployment Law: all staff-related consulting and compliance (hiringof staff, individual and collective dismissals, payroll and socialdocuments, employment agreements), transfer of undertaking, etc.International Employment Law: advisory and implementation of salarysplit, secondment within EEA and abroad, assignments, internationalpolicies. National and International Social security: consultingand compliance related to the effect of cross-border employment onsocial security coverage. Immigration: consulting and compliancerelated to the immigration formalities in Belgium and abroad.Assistance with social inspections and performing due diligence inthe framework of merger and acquisitions. Our People AdvisoryServices Department is looking for a consultant to reinforce theirEmployment law and Social Security team in Diegem. What we look forYou have a masters degree in law. You will obtain an additionaldegree in Social Law or you have proven knowledge of Social Lawbased on the chosen majors during your Law study. You have stronglanguage skills in Dutch/French and English. You are a team playerand confident communicator. You demonstrate drive anddetermination. You have a commercial feeling. You want to become atrusted business advisor and an expert in national andinternational social law.
