The opportunity
Were looking for a skilled and security-focused DevOps Engineer to reinforce the foundation of our privacy-first data collaboration platform. You will be instrumental in designing, building, and maintaining secure, scalable, and resilient cloud infrastructure across multiple environments including Google Cloud, AWS, Azure and Openshift.
You will also play a critical role in packaging and deploying our solutions to various cloud marketplaces, ensuring seamless, compliant, and efficient delivery to our customers. What you''ll do
- Design, build, and maintain secure cloud infrastructure using infrastructure as code (IaC) practices
- Implement DevSecOps best practices into the CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments
- Package and deploy Datavillage''s software solutions on Google Marketplace, AWS Marketplace, Azure Marketplace, Red Hat Marketplace
- Manage multiple kubernetes clusters communicating with each other using high security standards.
- Optimize system availability, performance, monitoring, and incident response processes
- Collaborate closely with security experts and software engineers to ensure compliance with privacy and security standards
- Contribute to platform scalability, resilience, and cloud cost optimization efforts
- Maintain and improve documentation for deployments and operational procedures
What we''re looking for
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, ideally in industries with strong security and compliance requirements (e.g., banking, finance, healthcare)
- Strong expertise in cloud platforms: Google Cloud (GCP), AWS, and Microsoft Azure
- Experience deploying and managing applications via cloud marketplaces
- Deep understanding of DevSecOps principles, containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code (Helm)
- Familiarity with secure software development and deployment practices, including vulnerability scanning, secrets management, and compliance monitoring
- Knowledge of confidential computing, privacy-enhancing technologies, or secure multi-party computation (a plus)
- Experience with the implementation of cybersecurity certifications such as SOC2, NIS2 or ISO27001 (a plus)
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- A strong security-first mindset, balanced with pragmatic delivery
Preferred qualifications(These are not mandatory but will make you stand out even more)
- Experience working with confidential computing environments or privacy-enhancing technologies
- Experience in regulated industries such as banking, healthcare, or government sectors
- Hands-on knowledge of multi-cloud architectures and hybrid cloud deployments
- Previous involvement in startup or scale-up environments, with a strong problem-solving attitude
- Advanced certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Google Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer, or Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert
- Experience with secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC) processes
- Contributions to open-source DevOps or security-related projects
