About the Role
As a Customer Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role across the entire customer journey - from first contact through aftercare. Youll manage technical product support, guide customers through EV charger installations, and support the sales team with lead management.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you''ll collaborate with technical, sales, and partner teams to deliver an exceptional experience.
