Role: SAP MM (Materials Management) Team LeadHybrid: 3 days/ week on client''s offices based in Paris/Ile deFrance, Languages: Fluent in French and English Job Description Weare looking for a SAP MM Team Lead to lead an AMS logistics scopewith one of our important clients based in Paris/IDF. The Team Leadneeds to have more than 10 years of experience in SAP logisticswith focus on MM. Strong consulting and communication skills aremandatory to successfully deliver both functional (AMOA) andtechnical (MOE) projects requirements. Key Responsibilities -Define the functional requirement though business blueprintworkshops - Responsible for Solution Design, Implementation andSupport of SAP MM Materials Management solutions across all SAPlandscapes. - Define and ensure the solution consistency with theCore system and SAP best practices - Responsible for coordinatingand managing end to end deliverables for Build (Change Requests& Projects) and Run for critical incidents (P1). - Leadingproject''s Business requirement (Instruction) , functional &technical solution deliverables. - Coordinate and ensure thedelivery and relevant communication for the critical incidents (P1)- Front ending with Business to instruct the requirement, Provideconsultancy, and regular updates on evolutions, Projects andcritical incidents - Manage the risk with a dedicated Mitigationplan and shared during the governance meetings - Adhere to definedSLAs and KPIs - Continuous Improvement: Realize diagnostics and putin place the best practices. Key Qualifications - 10 years ofexperience in SAP logistics modules with focus on MM. - SAP SRMskills and experience is a nice to have. - Hands-on with support,customization and configuration - Fluent in both French and Englishlanguages Read Write and Speak - Strong clients-facing skills -should have worked in a customer facing role as onsite lead forseveral years. - Able to work on an onsite offshore model to workin a cohesive manner Benefits Package - Excellent daily rate,flexible working, learning, development and professional growthopportunities, collaborative and inclusive workenvironment.
