What are we looking for
The Kusnacht Practice has a new opening for an International Project Manager with a strong focus on operations, responsible for ensuring the smooth coordination and execution of key initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring extensive project management expertise, operational insight, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while working closely with the leadership team. The position is based in Zurich.
Your Responsibilities
- Oversee and support the execution of international projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, timely delivery, and adherence to budgets
- Prepare presentations, analysis, and reports for meetings, often with tight deadlines
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to support the companys strategic initiatives
- Actively participate in leadership meetings, documenting discussions, creating action plans, and ensuring follow-through with relevant stakeholders
- Foster innovation and explore new business opportunities to strengthen market positioning
You are/have
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the healthcare sector, luxury hospitality industry, or consulting
- Proven experience in managing international, high-impact projects and contributing to strategic planning initiatives
- Strong ability to document and communicate project plans, tasks, and responsibilities clearly, demonstrating excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Fluent in English; proficiency in other European languages is an advantage
- Positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and eagerness to learn and grow within the role
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Willingness to travel as needed for the role
- Eligibility to work in Switzerland
