As Project Manager you will ensure the successful execution and delivery of projects (maintenance, rehabilitation, digitalization)in collaboration with the corresponding internal engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and logistics teams, while following the internal processes of the company.The job will be based in Schio (VI), Italy.Your job responsibilities and tasks are to:Communicate with the customer and foster an environment of collaboration and partnershipCoordinate internal functions and sub-suppliers.Ensure that all projects are correctly monitored, delivered on time within scope and within budgetEnsure adequate submission and revision of all project documentation requirementsDevelop a detailed project plan to track progressCoordinate a proper meeting throughout the project, including the kick-off meetingUse appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costsPerform, with the project team, risk management to minimize project risksPrepare a report for quarter Project review meeting according with internal ruleReport and escalate to management as neededEstablish and maintain relationships with third parties / vendorsWe are looking for candidate with the following experience & expertise:Engineering degree or similarFive (5) years min. professional experience as project manager managing complex projectKnowledge in rotating equipment industry is a plusEngagement with all involved parties during the project executionProactive, analytical, and results-driven working styleProblem-solving skills and high ability to work in a teamGood communication skills and capability of managing conflictsFluent English, both written and spoken, is a must.
