For a renowned organization in the production ofhigh-quality hand-made bricks, we are seeking a motivated andexperienced cooperating team leader to join our dynamic team. As acooperating team leader, you will be actively involved in managingthe production line for hand-made bricks. In this role, you willensure that production targets are met efficiently whilemaintaining high standards of quality and safety. You will supportyour team by coordinating operations, providing guidance, andimplementing process improvements. This is a hands-on positionwhere teamwork and leadership go hand-in-hand. - keyresponsibilities - You cooperate and ensure that the requestedproduction planning is closely followed on the line assigned toyou. - Supplying the individual work stations on the line andremoving finished material with a forklift truck. - You train newemployees and help implement training plans. - You work togetherwith the Supervisor to propose and implement performanceimprovements in the department. - You carry out checks on thequality, correct stacking, labelling, processed quantities, etc. ofthe goods that are processed on your line. - Minor administrativetasks (attendance, performance, monitoring attendance and preparingstaff evaluations, etc.). - You are the point of contact formaintenance and management of facilities of your line and team. -You channel questions from employees on a daily basis. - You reportdirectly to the Supervisor. - qualifications - You already havesome experience in managing people. - You attach great importanceto structured work and have a sense of order and tidiness. - Youhave a forklift driver''s certificate. - You can handle a computer.- Ideally, you have completed a technical education. - You have anexcellent knowledge of Polish and English . Knowledge of Dutchand/or French is an added asset. - Physical work is no problem foryou. - Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to thefurther development of a healthy company. - You are willing to workin the early shift . - You preferably live in the Oudenaarderegion. share this job.
