We are currently seeking a Product Business Analyst to join our France based team in this remote role, with occasional travel to our site Boulogne-Billancourt site. Be advised that both English and French language skill is required for this role.
At its core, this role will see you translating the complex product needs of our high profile clients into functional specifications internally. You will also have opportunity take ownership of the project management of product changes, and also all internal and external communications relating to the product.
This is a role that will see you working on with global, household name clients, supporting a product that empowers our clients to bring brands to life with ease and accuracy.

We believe this role will suit an aspiring Project Manager or Business Analyst with around 1-2 years of commercial experience, ideally gained through exposure to either web-based applications, SaaS or project management tools.
In this role you will:
- Translate organizational strategy and customer needs into functional requirements.
- Manage and maintain product documentation including generic end-user and administrator guides,
- and communication of product updates / releases.
- Act as key liaison with implementation and/or operational teams to advise on functionality, feasibility
- and upcoming plans; maximise uptake of the product and its features.
- Manage product demonstrations and engage in pre-sales processes where required.
- Project-manage ongoing development initiatives, including preparation and co-ordination of product releases.
You will have:
- Experience in software implementation and/or product management, preferably in a business-
- to-business and software-as-a-service context.
- Experience working within an Agile software development lifecycle: backlog prioritization, sprint management, retrospectives and iterative improvement.
- Experience liaising with both internal and external stakeholders to translate stated needs into
- functional specifications.
- Strong communication skills - and be able to relay complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
