We are committed to rescuing land from degradation, enhancing biodiversity and revitalizing rural communities.**About This Job**:To support the development, implementation and communication of Compensation & Benefits (C&B;) programs aligned with global C&B; strategies and policies.**Accountabilities**:- Support the development and implementation of clear operating frameworks (policies, processes, governance, KPIs) for C&B; programs to support the strategy, driving harmonization and simplification and ensuring compliance- Support to develop, implement and maintain robust global compensation and benefits policies and work with HR Services, HRBPs and POD as appropriate in the following areas:- job evaluation (Global Job Catalog)- salary surveys (Global survey agreements)- benefits:- benefits inventory project and ongoing data maintenance- business travel accident insurance- employee assistance program- flex benefits- wellness & health program- Work closely with HR Services to ensure C&B; policies are supported by robust and efficient administrative processes- Proactively monitor external and internal markets to identify trends in global Compensation & Benefits programs- Provide education and training across the organization to enhance expertise, effectiveness and credibility of the function- Participate in special projects and analysisQualifications**Essential Knowledge & Experience**:- 5+ year Compensation & Benefits experience including operational roles- Experience in a complex, international, multi-business environment- Project work with interdisciplinary and interdepartmental teams- Understanding of global C&B; philosophy, it''s elements, tools and metrics- Process design knowledge**Qualifications and skills**:- Bachelor or Masters degree, preferably in economic or social sciences- Fluent in English- Business acumenPrimary LocationCHE-Basel-BaselJobCompensation & Benefits
