Position Summary
To bolster our sales and strengthen our leadership, we are looking for an Area Sales and Marketing Manager responsible for a sales territory and key customer accounts. The successful candidate will focus on growth and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities / Duties
- Develop annual sales and marketing plans supporting company strategy and objectives.
- Manage sales targets within a geographical territory.
- Develop strategic relationships with key customer accounts.
- Report on sales and marketing activities.
- Assist in creating marketing materials and product collateral.
- Represent the company at fairs and trade shows to generate new business.
- Conduct competitive and benchmarking analysis.
This role requires frequent international travel to customer production plants, trade shows, exhibitions, and AESA offices worldwide.
Qualifications / Skills
- Languages: Fluent in written and spoken English; French and German are recommended.
- Education: MS or BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience: 5+ years in international sales of technological products and/or solutions.
- Knowledge of the test and instrumentation industry; knowledge of the cable industry is a plus.
- Proven track record of growing sales and profits in a technical field.
- Familiarity with budget setting and financial analysis.
- Business acumen, leadership qualities, creative problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and relational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
