What can you expect?

As a Senior UX/UI Designer at LGT Digital Factory (DiF), you will play a pivotal role in shaping state-of-the-art digital experiences for both clients and employees of LGT Private Bank. Working within a collaborative and dynamic team, you will contribute to designing intuitive, user-centered solutions that align with LGTs digital vision.

You will collaborate on diverse projects, including designing engaging user interfaces, enhancing the user experience, and contributing to the development of robust design systems. Your Challenge

As a Senior UX/UI Designer , you will contribute to the creation of intuitive and engaging user experiences, from discovery phases to high-quality interface design and cohesive design systems. Collaborating within Agile teams, youll deliver innovative solutions, ensure effective data visualizations for financial information, and align designs with strategic goals to drive LGTs digital transformation.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate has a strong background in UX and UI design, with a user-centered approach that aligns with our focus on IT architecture and UX. You are skilled at uncovering the exact needs of end users and product owners through extensive discovery phases. A background in wealth management, private banking, or insurance is highly valued, along with a proactive and collaborative mindset. • Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques, particularly for financial data.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Good understanding of the banking industry.
• Strong skills in planning and building design system definitions.
• Experience working in global or multicultural organizations.
• At least C1 level of English, written and spoken.
