We are looking for a C# Tech Lead who combines strong technical expertise with team leadership. You will be instrumental in shaping architecture, ensuring code quality, and mentoring developers in a collaborative Agile environment. Responsibilities * Lead and mentor a team of C# developers across multiple countries. * Set technical direction, ensure high standards, and foster innovation. * Design, build, and maintain backend systems using C# / .NET Core / ASP.NET. * Own and enhance distributed, scalable services within a Kubernetes environment. * Support CI/CD processes, automated testing, and performance monitoring. * Promote DevOps mindset, clean code principles, and technical excellence. * Collaborate across engineering, QA, and product teams in an Agile workflow. Key Requirements * iGaming experience is a must. * 5+ years of experience in C# / .NET software development. * Proven experience leading engineering teams or acting as a senior mentor. * Deep understanding of .NET Core, ASP.NET, SQL, database design. * Solid experience working in a Kubernetes environment. * Experience with Kafka, GCP or Azure, and distributed cache systems (e.g., Redis). * Familiarity with frontend (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular or React) is a plus. * Strong communication, leadership, and technical mentoring skills.
