We are currently looking on behalf of one of our important clients for an SAP Team Leader (German Speaking). This role is permanent position based in Zrich Canton & comes with good home office allowance.Your Role: Lead an ICT Application Technology team consisting of 5 employees in terms of personnel, expertise & finances & further develop the team within the framework of HR & ICT personnel processes. Ensure the operation of responsible systems in the SAP-ERP, CRM & BW environment as well as various add-ons & connected peripheral systems. Ensure that service level agreements are fulfilled As a part of a current transformation to a new S/4 implementation with SAP RISE; take over the sub-project management for SAP technologies, CALM, BTP, SAC, integration, development & user management & build up a new technological operating organization. Foster collaboration with all application & technology ICT teams as well as internal & external customers & suppliers. Ensure compliance with relevant compliance requirements. Hold responsibility for planning & coordinating all ICT plans & projects of the team in coordination with Project Portfolio Management. Occasionally participate in on-call services when required.Your Skills: At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in SAP focused roles. At least 2 years of experience in Leading Teams. A strong technological knowledge of SAP Technologies. Skilled & experienced in SAP S/4 Implementations & SAP Basis. Any experience in SAP RISE, SAP Cloud ALM, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) & SAP BTP is considered advantageous. Ideally experienced in Project Management.Your Profile: Completed University Degree in the area of Computer Science, Business Informatics or similar. Goal-oriented, structured, creative, self-motivated, highly quality aware & strong communication skills. Fluent in English & very good German language skills (to at least B2 Level) are mandatory requirements.
