Location and Work Model Remoteposition Italy-based candidates only About the Role You will bejoining a team of around 60 people in Europe. Our client is alreadywell established in countries such as Germany, Greece or Spain butItaly is a new market for them. Reporting directly to the CEO ofthe Spanish branch of the company, you will be the 1st person inItaly and develop our clients footprint and activities across thecountry, focusing on telecom operators such as TIM or Vodafone. KeyResponsibilities - Customer Development and Maintenance - Identifypotential customers and establish contact. - Maintain existingcustomer relationships to ensure satisfaction and promote repeatpurchases. - Achieving Sales Targets - Meet the sales targets setby the company. - Develop and execute sales plans to ensure timelycompletion of tasks. - Product Promotion - Introduce companyproducts or services to customers, highlighting their advantagesand features. - Provide customized solutions based on customerneeds. - Market Research - Gather market information and analyzecompetitors and industry trends. - Provide feedback on customerneeds and market dynamics to assist the company in adjustingstrategies. - Contract Negotiation and Signing - Negotiate contractterms with customers to ensure mutual agreement. - Sign contractsand follow up on execution. - After-Sales Service - Resolvecustomer issues to ensure high-quality after-sales service. -Handle customer complaints and enhance satisfaction. - TeamCollaboration - Work with marketing, product, and technical supportteams to meet customer needs. - Participate in team meetings toshare experiences and market insights. - Training and Learning -Attend company training to enhance product knowledge and salesskills. - Stay updated on industry trends to maintaincompetitiveness. Requirements and Qualifications - Bachelorsdegree in business or similar fields - 6+ years of experience inthe telco sector in Italy - Experience with passive (ideally) oractive components for the telco sector - Good understanding of theprocurement or network planning processes in telco companies -Native/ fluent Italian & English - Availability for businesstravel across Italy (Spain a couple of times per year andpotentially China at some point)
