We are currently looking on behalf of one of our important clients for a Hardware Development Engineer (German Speaking). The role is a permanent position based in Zrich Canton with good home office allowance.Your Role: Concept & design hardware in embedded systems with analogue, digital & RF components. Create specifications & concepts in cooperation with worldwide partners. Create hardware-related software drivers. Support the support, test & production departments in technical matters. Supervise & further develop existing reader modules. Work with state-of-the-art technologies & integrate them into products.Your Skills: At least 2 years of professional experience in Hardware Development. Skilled & experienced in PCB development tools, preferably Altium Designer or similar. Any experience in C for programming drivers & creating test workflows with Python scripts is considered advantageous.Your Profile: Completed Higher Education / University Degree Electronic Engineering (or similar). Self-motivated, adaptable, team-oriented & enthusiastic to take on responsibilities & stay up to date with new technologies. Fluent in English & a very good command of German (spoken & written) are mandatory requirements (German at B2 level as a minimum, and preferably at C1 level).
