We believe that by thinking big and working together as one teamagile thinkers, tech makers, and change agentswe can build the largest retail IoT platform in the world.Job DescriptionMain tasks:Actively prospect a portfolio of key account prospects (Tiers 1) in order to increase customers base in Italy.Follow up and develop a portfolio of key accounts (Tiers 1) and deploy our new innovations to existing customers.Organize responses to tenders and write commercial proposals, in collaboration with internal departments (product managers, after-sales, installations, deployment, etc.) and, if necessary, with the Global Account Manager responsible for the account globally.Develop the turnover within your commercial scope and achieve set objectives.Secondary tasks:Develop good relationships with decision makers at the highest levels.Participate in client events or trade shows.Assist marketing in developing business cases or customer stories.Update CRM tools regularly with opportunities and manage your customer and prospect base.Provide feedback on competitors to your manager and marketing department.QualificationsProfessional Experiences:Successful experience of at least 4-5 years in a similar, performance-oriented role.Sales background in selling complex hardware and software solutions with services in B2B, with a long sales cycle.Languages:Fluent in written and spoken English and Italian.Additional languages are a plus.Required qualifications:Excellent relationship skills, from store level to C-level.Ability to identify solution value for individual customers and convert this into additional sales.High personal drive and proactive work methods.Ability to prioritize strategic tasks from customer and company perspectives.Additional InformationVusionGroup has an international presence in 19 countries.
