Establish correct analysis of the technical problems, provide feedback to the various internal stakeholders, data analysis and monitor warranty cases. The After Sales Specialist will communicate with customers and dealers via email and phone, and will work closely with the Sales Operations, Trade Marketeers and Sales teams to ensure successful after-sales support and customer satisfaction. The ideal team member is skilled in customer friendly service via phone call. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or at least 2 years work experience in a corporate organization. ~2+ years of experience in customer service, support, or sales. ~ Ability to work independently and in a team environment. ~ Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English. Bonus if you speak fluent Dutch, German and/or French. ~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, G-Suite and customer service software.
