We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development professional to join our clients team in Belgium!
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in identifying and securing new business opportunities across the region. Youll represent a leading brand offering tailored services, including international moving, destination services, relocation management, and global mobility solutions to corporate clients.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers, including HR and Global Mobility Managers within target organisations.
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective corporate clients, fostering long-term, profitable relationships.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Meet and exceed annual revenue and profitability targets through proactive business generation.
- Support marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and service awareness.
- Lead and coordinate responses to RFQs and RFPs, engaging relevant internal stakeholders.
- Act as a brand ambassador by representing the company at industry events, networking forums, and conferences.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic positioning.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company CRM system.
Required Skills:
- Fluency in French, Dutch, and English both written and spoken is essential.
- Strong ability to consultatively sell multiple services across mobility and moving solutions.
- Experience identifying stakeholders and navigating complex corporate decision-making processes.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Natural relationship builder with strong networking capabilities.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Ethical, trustworthy, and professional in all business dealings.
