We have five offices in Europe, one in the United States and one office in Asia.
What you will do
- Advising strategically our clients working for Innovation, RD, Medical Affairs or Marketing activities of major pharmaceutical groups in Italy
- Managing a team of consultants; this includes project supervision and continuing team training
- Managing the Quality of the projects that you or your team perform
- Elaborating along with our Business Development Managers our commercial proposals, defining the most appropriate methodology and budget to answer to various clients needs
- You will report directly to the Business Unit Director
Your profile
- Must-have: You already have a work experience (4-5 years) in consulting
- You have a previous experience in project management
- A graduate (Master of Science) or a postgraduate degree (PhD) in a scientific or business field
- Fluency in Italian and English, French is a plus
- Requested qualities : Strong interpersonal skills organizational/project planning taste for excellence entrepreneurship ambition autonomy creativity charisma leadership
- Passionate about Healthcare, marketing, new technologies, new businesses and innovation
- International experiences will be appreciated

Cosa farai
- Accompagnare strategicamente i nostri clienti che lavorano in ambito innovazione, RD, Medical Affairs o in attivit di Marketing dei grandi gruppi farmaceutici in Italia
- Gestire un team di consulenti: la supervisione dei progetti e la formazione continua del team
- Elaborare insieme ai nostri Business Development Manager le proposte commerciali, definendo la metodologia ed il budget pi appropriato per rispondere alle esigenze dei nostri partner
- Gestire la qualit dei progetti
- Riferirai direttamente al Direttore della Business Unit
Il tuo profilo
- PREREQUISITO : Hai gi un''esperienza lavorativa (4-5 anni) in consulenza
- Hai gi un''esperienza in project management
- Laurea magistrale o dottorato di ricerca in economia, ingegneria o materie scientifiche
- Ottima conoscenza dellinglese, il francese considerato un plus
- Qualit richieste: forti capacit interpersonali - organizzazione/project planning - gusto per leccellenza imprenditorialit - ambizione - autonomia - creativit - carisma leadership
- Appassionato di sanit, marketing, nuove tecnologie, nuovi business e innovazione
