What You''ll Do
- Develop automated test software and tools in C, C++ and Python to validate complex embedded systems.
- Design, implement, and optimise scalable test solutions.
- Explore and evaluate multiple technical approaches to achieve the best results.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders in a multidisciplinary, Agile environment.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to peer code reviews.
- Be a trusted advisor and sparring partner to customers and team members, driving a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
What Youll Bring
- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Embedded Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in software development using Python and C/C++ in a high-tech setting.
- Strong background in software testing for embedded systems.
- Experience with end-to-end test automation, CI pipelines, and ideally, the ROBOT test framework.
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English, both written and verbal.
