If you enjoy solving complex technical challenges , know how transfers really work under the hood (including schemes like SEPA, SWIFT, ELIXIR, ISO20022 ), and have a passion for turning customer needs into scalable solutions this might be your next role.
Were especially interested in people with an analytical background someone whos worked as a business or IT analyst , knows how to gather and translate requirements , and understands the underlying infrastructure of bank transfers and payment processing (excluding cards and APMs ).
What were looking for:
- 1+ year of hands-on experience working with payment/transfer products.
- 3+ years of experience in a financial institution or software house.
- Strong ability to translate client needs into clear, usable requirements.
- Solid understanding of cross-system dependencies and technical architectures.
- Experience in leading technical discussions and making architectural recommendations.
- Proven data analysis skills and experience presenting actionable insights.
- Familiarity with current trends in financial transfers and payments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic mindset and long-term planning capabilities.
What youll be doing:
- Working closely with engineering teams on the technical implementation of product features.
- Leading the definition of technical specs and detailed requirements.
- Owning and managing the backend aspects of transfer-related systems and APIs.
- Performing feasibility studies for new ideas and technical initiatives.
- Ensuring product scalability and performance from day one.
- Helping align product vision with long-term architecture and business strategy.
