&##As a Commercial Office Employee, youll be the first point of contact for our customers. You''ll handle incoming queries via phone and email, provide technical and commercial support, and ensure a smooth sales process from inquiry to order. Provide sales support and customer service for our broad range of mechanical products and services.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, upsell where possible, and help convert inquiries into orders.
Manage administrative tasks related to sales processes.
Work closely with a knowledgeable and supportive team that helps you grow in your role
&##Minimum MBO level of education or thinking.
Experience in a (technical) commercial role is a plus.
Strong command of Dutch, both spoken and written.
Customer-focused, commercially minded, and a real team player.
