We are seeking a Physician Advisor who will play apivotal role in implementing and refining our physician outreachprocess to obtain patient referrals for a chronic neutropeniastudy. This role is essential in ensuring participation in clinicaltrials, contributing significantly to groundbreaking medicaladvancements. Through dedicated communication and strategicrelationship building, this position is key in advancing Leapcure''smission of connecting patients with life-changing medical researchopportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Actively grow our outreachnetwork by adding new physicians, medical centers, and therapiststo our contact list, ensuring a diverse and comprehensive range ofmedical professionals to reach out to. - Increase the engagementlevel of physicians and healthcare providers, as evidenced byhigher response rates, increased referrals, and more in-depthdiscussions about clinical trials. - Effectively communicate andbuild relationships with healthcare professionals to significantlyincrease patient referrals for clinical trials. - Provide insightsand feedback on the physician outreach process, contributing to thedevelopment and implementation of more effective outreachstrategies and tools. - Maintain structured communication with theLeapcure team, providing weekly updates on outreach progress,challenges, and strategies. Qualifications: - MD with strongunderstanding of medical terminology, clinical practices, andhealthcare systems. - Specialization in Hematology is required. -Clinical experience in chronic neutropenia is preferred. -Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable ofclearly conveying complex medical information to a diverse range ofmedical professionals. - Proven ability to establish and maintainprofessional relationships with physicians, medical centers, andtherapists. - Ability to develop and implement effective outreachstrategies that align with Leapcures goals. - Excellentorganizational and time-management skills, capable of managingmultiple tasks efficiently. - Competence in identifying challengesin the outreach process and brainstorming practical solutions. -Ability to work collaboratively with team members, sharing insightsand participating in regular meetings. - Capacity to adapt tochanging project needs and a dynamic clinical trial outreachenvironment. - Strong ethical grounding in handling sensitiveinformation and maintaining confidentiality. - Interest in andunderstanding of clinical research. - Fluency in Italian andEnglish, with excellent comprehension and expression capabilities.Additional language skills are a bonus, enhancing communicationwith a broader range of physicians.
