If this describes you, you might be the perfect fit for us!Job Responsibilities:Create open-to-buy plans for each store at the category level.Support the HQ Retail team with timely reporting and analysis to drive global business performance.Assist the Outlet Manager in setting monthly sales goals.Ensure correct assortment and allocation to meet sales targets.Create and maintain weekly and monthly sales reports focusing on key KPIs.Support and update sales budgets and targets regularly.Manage overstocks in collaboration with the Customer Service team.Suggest in-season re-allocations based on sales trends, working with the Buying team.Liaise with Customer Service on delivery status and orders.Coordinate stock transfers and consolidations between stores to optimize sell-through.Requirements:Degree in Economics, Engineering, or Statistics.Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles.Strong analytical and reporting skills for product performance and market trends.Results-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work under pressure and with urgency.Detail-oriented and precise.Team player, proactive, and enthusiastic.Ability to collaborate across functions and stakeholders.Fluent in Italian and English.Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).Missoni is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
