Your Mission:
- Develop and implement IAM policies and procedures for robust authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle management.
- Lead IAM projects and programs from design to deployment, aligning with cybersecurity and business goals.
- Provision and deprovision accounts with precision; manage user access and permissions in Active Directory and beyond.
- Integrate new systems and applications into IAM architecture, resolving identity duplicates and conflicts.
- Manage data feeds into IAM platforms and distribution to downstream target systems.
- Oversee federation, SSO, and authentication services with a focus on performance, availability, and security.
- Monitor and audit user access activity to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Collect, correlate, and report IAM performance data and compliance contributions to leadership.
- Own IAM tools and platformscollaborate with SecOps, IT, DevOps, and audit teams to ensure IAM is fully integrated across the environment.
- Analyze business and functional requirements, translating them into scalable IAM workflows and system logic.
- Design, develop, and optimize IAM processes and lifecycle automation to improve operational efficiency.
- Educate stakeholders on IAM best practices, policy updates, and secure access protocols.
- Stay ahead of the curveresearch and apply emerging IAM technologies and methodologies for incident response, forensics, and continuous improvement.
- Deliver regular reports, dashboards, and strategic insights to senior leadership and compliance stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Deep understanding of IAM principles and architecture, including Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), attribute-based access, and least privilege models.
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory, SSO, SAML, OAuth2.0, SCIM, MFA platforms, and identity federation tools.
- Proven ability to architect, implement, and manage enterprise IAM solutions across hybrid/cloud environments.
- Strong scripting/automation experience (PowerShell, Python, or similar) to streamline identity workflows.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR) and how IAM supports compliance.
- Clear communication style with the ability to translate tech requirements into business outcomesand vice versa.
- Bonus if youve worked in or integrated IAM with platforms like Azure AD, Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, or similar.
