LocationBaranzate, ItalyCompanyRisorse Professional, a company specializing in the Search and Selection of Middle and Senior Management profiles, for a well-known SGR active in the Real Estate sector, is looking for:Position OverviewThe candidate, reporting directly to the Division Manager, will be responsible for:Defining closing and adjustment entries for the determination of the Net Asset Value of the Fund;Preparing the Fund''s Management Reports;Taxation: monthly VAT liquidation of the fund, consolidated VAT at the SGR level; managing VAT pro-rata issues; withholding payments; verifying IMU / TASI calculations;Treasury: managing the fund''s treasury, fulfilling obligations as per the financing agreement, paying suppliers, and other treasury movements;Fund setup: supporting the definition of Fund Regulations clauses (e.g., calculation of fees/distributions and refunds);Issuing invoices related to management fees as per the Fund Regulations;Financing: participating in structuring the financing and managing it thereafter (calculating covenants, submitting compliance certificates to the financing bank);Managing relationships with Depositary, Auditors, and other control bodies.RequirementsDegree in Economics or related fields, preferably with technical training (e.g., Accounting);At least 2 years of accounting experience up to financial closing in an SGR Real Estate or Property Company;Excellent command of English (spoken and written);Good communication and interpersonal skills, team-oriented attitude;Additional DetailsWork location: Milan (1 day of smart working).#J-18808-Ljbffr
