responsibilities :
- Improve, re-engineer, and harmonize processes to achieve flawless execution
- Analyze, design, model, and document processes to ensure world-class standards
- Capture, analyze, and consolidate business requirements to determine project scope
- Support project portfolio review decision-making by analyzing arguments and conducting PoC analysis
- Document business requirements and to be process designs for seamless implementation
- Prioritize requirements or gaps and define project plans or charters for successful implementation
- Define training approaches, plan, and train key users as necessary to ensure strict adherence to new processes
- Ensure global processes and guidelines are followed through change management, process audits, and monitoring
- Establish and maintain global networks with subject matter experts and process owners to foster collaboration
- Assist and consult business representatives during change management tasks to ensure smooth transitions
- In case of involvement in application development:
- Work with internal customers and business or application analysts to define acceptance criteria for applications
- Review and sign-off functional requirements before implementation to ensure they meet business needs
- Define and develop test scopes and test cases as necessary to ensure functionality and reliability
- Define mock data criteria and select relevant test scenarios for comprehensive testing
- Sign-off releases of applications and processes for User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Sign-off releases into production together with application owners to confirm readiness
- Plan, support, and coordinate user training in cooperation with BPOs, key users, business analysts, PMO, and Global Training Management
- Support cutover planning, debut preparations, and hypercare to ensure successful debut
requirements-expected :
- Degree or equivalent experience in Business Process Management, Business Administration, Informatics, Economics, Business and Information Technology, or comparable
- Proven experience in process and requirements analysis and implementation
- Strong analytical and intercultural interpersonal skills for effective communication and collaboration
- Proficient in core and support processes with focus on one Functional SAP PP or PP/DS Area (e.g., Forecasting & Demand Planning, MU Scheduling & Capacity Oversight, Execution & Shopfloor Management, and Reporting)
- Experience with SAP Application implementation, preferably with international rollouts and cross-functional projects
- Excellent at analyzing difficulties and obstacles to come up with solution suggestions for process re-engineering
