Project Manager MDR (Manufacturing Data Report)
for a major multinational company operating in the Oil & Gas sector.
We offer an initial 12 month temporary contract with the possibility of direct placement in the company. CCNL Metalworking Industry, level B1, commensurate with the candidate''s experience, plus meal vouchers. Possibility of smart working.
Responsibilities:

As a MDR Project Manager (PM MDR) you will be our focal point between Project Management team, Procurement and Manufacturing for driving of the construction and the final elaboration of the Manufacturing Data Report (MDR) where document quality, completion time and completeness should be the role guidelines , will have to:
- Have the project situation under control on a weekly basis for the Manufacturing part, both for the missing certification and for the PdC , interfacing with the respective production teams (cells and plants) for the recovery and for the possible management of non-applicability (NA) with the QPM and PM teams.
- Have the project situation under control on a weekly basis for the Procurement part, both for the missing & rejected certifications, interfacing with the respective procurement teams (COE) for the recovery and for the possible management of non-applicability (NA) with the QPM and PM teams.
- On a weekly basis, update the status of your projects on a dedicated share folder to allow management a quick consultation and have a clear situation of the progress of the individual project
- Analysis of the Completeness report (CPT) to verify the pending points that block the completion of the MDR and be the focal point for its resolution by coordinating the activity with the interested stakeholders (PM, QPM, Manufacturing, Procurement & MDR Providers)
- At the beginning of the project, verify with the QPM team that all project documentation has been passed comprehensively to the operational teams and MDR providers so that no additional requests arise during the project phase that impact the completeness, delivery and cost of the MDR; finally keep under control the dates of sending to the customer of the documents for which the PM MDR is responsible, MDR Index & MDR book.

- Monitoring requests & updating training
- Calendar & timing definition
- Organization of internal & external courses
- Management of Business founds plan
- Purchase order issuance & monitoring releases
- Management of course logistics (Florence, Massa, Bari Vibo Valentia)
- Assignment of credentials on BH-Learning & relevant training certification
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Have a masters degree in STEM subject or similar experiences
- Show good experience within a Quality
- Be able to analyze problems and identify root causes.
- Have working knowledge of quality tools, Oracle, Access Knowledge (AK), EDM families, I_Supplier, Unifier, Tableau, and be competent in Microsoft Office, especially for Excel & PPT. A good basic knowledge of BOM structure is recommended
- A good basic knowledge of BH_Learning, Power-BI, Oracle PO/Ariba
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills, be fluent in Italian and in English
