Real Estate Negotiator and Closer - Remote Position

Responsibilities
- Lead Prospecting: Identify and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, online research, direct mail, and referrals.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with property owners, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Negotiation: Conduct thorough property evaluations and negotiate purchase agreements with property owners to secure favorable terms.
- Pipeline Management: Manage a pipeline of leads and prospects, tracking progress and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about local real estate market trends, property values, and competitive landscape.
- Contract Management: Prepare, review, and execute purchase contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
- Closing Deals: Oversee the closing process, coordinating with legal, finance, and other relevant teams to ensure smooth and timely transactions.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all transactions and provide regular reports on lead status, negotiations, and closed deals.
- Expand client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions.
- Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads.
- Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals.
- Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs.
- Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in real estate acquisition, sales, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess property values and market conditions.
- Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with real estate laws, contracts, and regulations.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Applicants should have a high school diploma or a bachelors degree desired.
Compensation
$80,000 - $100,000 yearly
