It is a key player in major global strategic programs and serves as a technological and industrial partner to governments, defense administrations, institutions, and companies.Position OverviewWithin the Cyber & Security Solutions Business Area, we are seeking a Cyber Technical Account Manager for our Rome Laurentina office, with potential placements in Chieti Scalo, Genoa Fiumara, Milan Nerviano, and Naples Bleriot.Role ResponsibilitiesAct as the main technical interface between the client and the Cyber Security Center, managing all technical aspects of the provided Cyber services.Support the client in operational management activities of security systems.Participate in review and progress meetings to assess project status, evaluate potential risks, propose solutions, and review results.Assist in designing and implementing security infrastructures.Support the client in technological scouting.Assist in designing and implementing security platforms in complex environments.Prepare technical documentation for projects/services.Coordinate all activities related to service delivery within MSSP (SOC, CSIRT, RED TEAM, CTI), acting as the technical interface between the Cyber Security Center teams and the client.QualificationsMaster''s degree in STEM disciplines or equivalent.At least 3 years of experience in Security Operations, managing complex projects and security platforms.Technical SkillsKnowledge of major attack patterns on IT and OT infrastructures.Advanced knowledge of SIEM, firewalls, EDR, BAS, IPS/IDS, Web Content Management, Privileged Identity Management, Advanced Threat Defense, and Anti-spam technologies.Experience in administration/configuration of main security platforms.Understanding of typical Large Enterprise infrastructure and application architectures.Experience in Incident Handling and managing remediation plans.Behavioral SkillsExcellent interpersonal skills.Teamwork attitude.Flexibility.Language RequirementsEnglish proficiency at B2 level or higher.Other RequirementsAvailability for short- to medium-term national and international travel.Additional DetailsLocation: IT - Rome (Via Laurentina), with additional locations in Chieti Scalo, Genoa Fiumara, Milan Nerviano, and Naples Bleriot.Contract: Permanent, Hybrid working model.#J-18808-Ljbffr
