Your Mission
We''re looking for someone organized, proactive, and with an eye for crafting unforgettable experiences. As a Corporate Experience Planner, you''ll shape our projects from the very first interaction: interpreting client needs, sourcing the perfect destinations, engaging suppliers, and designing irresistible proposals that make teams want to pack their bags.

What Youll Do
Client Management:
- Analyze briefs and deeply understand each client''s needs: trip goals, budget, duration, number of participants, etc.
- Join initial client meetings and contribute ideas from the start.
Proposal Design:
- Research and select destinations, hotels, and unique experiences that match each brief.
- Contact venues and providers (hotels, local experiences, team-building activities) and request quotes.
- Negotiate rates, conditions, and value-adds with suppliers, always aiming for the best quality-price ratio.
Time & Priority Management:
- Manage your schedule and keep deadlines under control like a pro.
- Ensure all proposals are delivered on time, beautifully presented, and error-free.
Proposal Presentation & Sales Support:
- Create compelling proposals that win clients over visually and conceptually.
- Join client presentation meetings to walk them through every detail of the experience.
Internal Coordination:
- Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure flawless execution.
- Share client feedback to continuously improve our processes and offerings.
Requirements
- 13 years of experience in MICE agencies, DMCs, or similar roles managing corporate travel and accommodation.
- Deep knowledge of the hospitality sector, including pricing and supplier negotiation (Spain, Europe, or the US).
- Fluency in Spanish and English. The interview will be conducted in English.
- Strong command of Excel (basic formulas) and familiarity with tools like Canva, Notion, or Airtable.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously without losing focus or precision.
- Excellent communication and people skills for working with both clients and vendors.
- Valid driver''s license required.
- Experience with public/private tenders is a plus.
