Job Opportunity: Team Leader Infrastructure Capacity Planning, Obsolescence, and VulnerabilityCredit Agricole''s IT Production Department is seeking a skilled professional to lead the team responsible for Capacity Planning, Technological Obsolescence, and Vulnerability Management.Role Description:The candidate will oversee the coordination of the team managing infrastructure capacity planning, technological obsolescence, and vulnerability management across Database, Middleware, and Mainframe technologies, both in cloud and on-premise environments. The goal is to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with IT infrastructure policies.The activities should be executed in synergy and coordination with the outsourcing functions responsible for various infrastructure layers.Main Responsibilities:Analyze and forecast infrastructure capacity needs to support IT service growth.Receive vulnerability reports, coordinate remediation planning, and oversee implementation.Manage infrastructure patching bulletins, coordinate remediation planning, and oversee implementation.Collaborate with other departments to align infrastructure strategies with business objectives.Coordinate outsourcing activities respecting service SLAs.Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles.Deep knowledge of capacity planning tools.Understanding of Windows and Linux systems.Knowledge of key IT infrastructure components.Familiarity with Middleware, Database, Mainframe, and Network components.Leadership and coordination skills.Experience in incident and crisis management.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Proficiency in English.Work Location:Parma or Milan (hybrid work option available).We thank all candidates for their interest.
