In the Group Functions, we support the market-oriented divisions with central services. We work together today on the solutions for tomorrow - in close cooperation with our customers and always with high quality standards.
What you will do:
- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Provide monthly financial reports and analysis to the Senior Leadership Group
- Planning & Performance Management: Support group planning processes and develop management dashboards
- Strategic Initiatives & Projects: Implement a financial planning tool
- Collaboration & Communication: Support finance teams in subsidiaries and prepare management presentations
- Continuous Improvement: Drive transformation initiatives and standardize financial performance across the group
What you bring:
- Bachelor''s or master''s degree in Finance, Controlling, or Accounting / Masters Degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in controlling or a similar role
- Proficiency in financial modeling. Power BI & Power Query skills are a plus
- Fluent English is a must and German skills are a plus
- Understanding of IFRS and strong communication skills
