Position Description: The Poultry KAM & NH Consultant combines strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a growth mindset with a solid technical and commercial background. The role focuses on demand creation and securing sales by demonstrating the value of Elancos poultry and NH portfolio (poultry & swine) to key accounts. Responsibilities include managing the NH portfolio within key poultry and swine producers, executing activities to drive sales, account planning, and communication aligned with marketing and strategic objectives. The role also involves developing new NH opportunities, promoting sustainability goals across the full value chain, and maintaining relationships with nutritionists, veterinarians, producers, and channel partners.

The key objectives include:

• Accelerating NH growth through internal capabilities and expertise development
• Driving NH new launches and product development
• Achieving poultry sales targets
• Growing relationships with NH stakeholders
• Providing technical support and managing NH Key Opinion Leaders

Responsibilities:

• Be the authority on NH products, engaging with targeted accounts
• Analyze customer data to influence decision-making, including sustainability aspects
• Train customer feed mill nutrition staff
• Build recognition as a value-added partner through technical capabilities
• Develop relationships with decision-makers and opinion leaders
• Serve as SME for NH portfolio questions
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to deliver value-added materials
• Manage stakeholders and promote NH usage to meet sustainability goals
• Utilize microbiome tools and ensure compliance with promotional materials and clinical trials
• Participate in industry events and contribute publications
• Provide market insights and scout for new alliances or distribution opportunities

Minimum Qualifications:

• Higher education in veterinary medicine, animal science, animal production, or agronomy
• At least 5 years of experience in the intensive animal production industry
• Knowledge of competitor products, strategies, and distribution channels
• Strong selling, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of poultry, monogastric, and swine nutrition and trends
• Effective communication and presentation skills in English
• Excellent organizational and self-management skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
