General description Responsible for implementing, maintaining, and supporting the Warehouse Management System (WMS) for Europe. Tasks include gathering business and functional requirements, and coordinating with stakeholders, customers, and vendors. Ensure solutions meet all requirements. Manage configuration, operations and end user training for WMS application. Key tasks responsibilities Design, build, and implement functional and technical solutions for WMS platform that align with business requirements. Lead and actively participate in all phases of system implementation project including requirements gathering, functional and technical design, system design and configuration, testing, roll-out and post go-live production support Coordinate ongoing changes, and updates to WMS, along with additional warehouse changes including automation and interfaces with the WMS Train Super Users on system usage and new functionality Provides ongoing troubleshooting and support of application Provide 2nd level support for production applications Requirements Bachelors degree in Information Technology or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience Experience with WMS Experience with databases and SQL Commitment to quality and the ability to quickly and effectively adapt to changing priorities and requirements Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in English at B2 level Understanding of Agile methodologies and best practices Willingness and capability to travel Nice to have Experience in the Contract Logistics industry Knowledge of APIs Proficiency in Polish at B2 level
