What Youll Do:
Engage early in projects to apply your expertise, share insights, and identify potential obstacles in a timely manner.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their priorities and interests.
Utilize knowledge of LEAN methodologies and BIM to work distinctively and customer-focused with your project team.
Stay updated on developments and innovations in the construction sector, enthusiastically inspiring your colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
Inform and coordinate with the project team (including planners, engineers, execution team, and suppliers) while maintaining contact with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers.
Provide guidance for all necessary documents, permits, and other relevant materials.
Review work and safety plans, monitor documents, and ensure adjustments are made as needed for specific applications.
Prepare, develop, monitor, and share project schedules with relevant departments, while taking financial accountability to both the client and your department.
Drive process improvements, encouraging your team to implement sustainable optimizations.
