RECRUITMENT CONTEXT: To support its continued growth inItaly, our client is seeking a Sales Manager to cover centraland/or southern regions, with a specific focus on Florence andsurrounding areas, but with potential flexibility to cover otherstrategic cities such as Rimini, Naples, or others depending onmarket opportunities. In this role, you will play a crucial part inexpanding the companys presence across Italy and connecting hotelsto its innovative technology solutions. ROLE ANDRESPONSIBILITIES: As a Sales Manager for the Italian market, youwill be responsible for: Growing the Client Portfolio: Identifyand prospect hotels and hotel chains in concerned areas. Buildand nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers(General Managers, Revenue Managers). Selling the CompanysSolutions: Present and promote products such as the bookingengine, channel manager, and analytics tools. Customize solutionsto fit the unique needs of each client. Close deals and meetsales targets. Collaborating with Internal Teams: Work closelywith Product, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to ensureclient satisfaction. Gather client feedback to continuouslyimprove and adapt the company''s offerings. Representing the Companyat Industry Events: Attend key hospitality events and trade showsin Italy to increase visibility and expand the companys network. PROFILE SOUGHT: Desired experience: 5+ years in B2B sales,preferably within the technology or hospitality sectors. Languages: Fluent in Italian and proficient in English. SalesExpertise: Skilled in managing complex sales cycles, with a strongability to acquire and retain clients. Industry Knowledge:Previous experience in hospitality technology or similar fields isa significant advantage. Personal Qualities: Self-driven,results-oriented, and a natural relationship builder. SALARY ANDBENEFITS: Salary: 40,000 fixed per year + 10% variable based ontotal sales generated. Additional benefits: to be discussedduring the recruitment process.
