Job Description: Enfinity Global issearching for an enthusiastic self-starter to join our GraduateProgram - ENFINITY IMPACT. As a graduate trainee, yourresponsibilities include shadowing various staff members,participating in learning experiences, attending meetings andworkshops, and traveling to other working environments to gainpractical experience. You will be assigned a mentor and a 1-yearproject that you will have to present to an Executive board at theend of the program. To be successful as a graduate trainee, youshould be willing to learn about aspects of the company that lie indifferent departments. An outstanding graduate trainee shouldfoster good relationships with staff members and leave a lastingimprint. Key Responsibilities: - Assist experienced professionalsand mentors to learn about their job duties, workflows, and bestpractices. - Assist with project tasks, assignments, andinitiatives under the guidance and supervision of senior teammembers. - Seek feedback and guidance from supervisors, mentors,and peers to continuously improve your performance and skills. -Analyzing existing systems and offering new ideas for improvement.- Completing fieldwork or visiting different work sites whenrequired. - Conducting research and assisting the Manager orSupervisor wherever possible. - Demonstrate enthusiasm, curiosity,and a willingness to learn and adapt to new environments and tasks.- Embrace challenges and setbacks as opportunities for learning andgrowth, demonstrating resilience and determination in your journeyas a trainee. Qualifications: - Ideally you are in the lastsemester of your Masters degree, and have a university titlerelated to the Program you are applying for (Finance or Technical).- Strong academic record and demonstrated achievement in courseworkand extracurricular activities. - You are looking for a first jobexperience (upcoming or recent graduation). - You are interested inthe renewable energy business. - Excellent communication,interpersonal, and teamwork skills. - Curiosity, eagerness tolearn, and a growth mindset. - Adaptability and flexibility to workin diverse environments and roles. - Proactive attitude andwillingness to take initiative and ownership of tasks. - Ability towork independently and collaboratively in a team-based environment.- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.In Enfinity Global group you will find a very dynamic andmultinational environment in one of the most exciting and impactfulindustries.
