Your Responsibilities In this role, you willbe part of our Milan Software Development Hub, an agile team thatdevelops modern software tools to help shape the next-generationelevators software to meet high quality and safety standards forSchindlers products. Join our team to shape the future of mobilesolutions, enhancing service quality and field efficiency. Lead thearchitecture of current and future mobile apps for fitters andtechnicians, ensuring alignment with platform vision and drivingimplementation within a global software engineering team. Yourfuture challenges will include: - Driving future-proof mobile apparchitectures aligned with strategy - Partnering with stakeholdersto shape architectural vision and technology roadmap -Collaborating with product owners and teams on softwarearchitectural decisions - Aligning with other architects to ensureplatform consistency and critical interfaces - Providing technicalleadership and guidance to engineers during implementation -Evaluating technology choices through PoCs and prototypes to ensureoptimal solutions - Contributing on sprint plans and challengeestimates and design proposals - Driving adoption of modernarchitecture practices for continuous improvement - Investigatingand integrating commercial and open-source frameworks for optimalsolutions - Participating in all stages of development, fromplanning to deployment - Guiding development teams and productowners on architectural decisions We Elevate your best self Youare a self-directed and self-organized, highly responsible, andreliable team player.
