As a Project Manager you will lead the management of all our projects and deliveries to clients (CROs) and hospitals, which means that you must have experience and knowledge in Project Management with Agile methodology, as well as a strong technical background in IT. Experience in managing projects related to the data world will be positively valued.

What we expect you to do.
You will have to feel comfortable giving support to the rest of the team and you can definitely expect to:
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of all assigned projects, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
- Collaborate closely with the Engineering, Product and Sales teams to understand client requirements and ensure effective communication.
- Implement and continuously improve agile project management practices to increase efficiency and quality of work.
- Proactively manage project risks and issues, identifying solutions and taking corrective actions as necessary.
- Provide regular reporting on project progress and effectively communicate with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee the implementation of technological solutions, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company quality standards.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and objectives, and ensuring that deliveries are aligned with their expectations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their advocate within the company and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.
What we expect from you.
Hard Skills
- Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the technology and data sector.
- A bachelor''s degree in biomedicine engineering, biotechnology, health area or a related field is a plus.
- Understanding of agile development methodologies.
- Technical background in IT, with an understanding of concepts and technologies related to data management, data products and/or data delivery.
- Experience working in the healthcare or clinical data space is highly desirable.
- You have some knowledge of SQL, Relational DBMS, Excel or other tabulated data management systems.
- Ability to translate complex data-related incidents / non-conformities into understandable terms for various audiences.
- Comfortable using project management software tools commonly used.
- Proficiency in understanding tabular data relevant to clinical research.
