The HR Organization Development Intern will learn whatit means to work within this function in a multinationalorganization, interfacing with all the other HR Corporate function(People Development, Reputation, Compensation) and Local HR. Inthis role, you will learn and support the team Organization,processes, transformation, analytics & workforce to: - updateand review the proper Organizational Documents, from the Org. Chartto Policies and Manuals; - support the Manager in producing andposting Organizational Announcements; - support in an operative waythe ongoing digitalization&transformation projects; - supportin managing SAP - SuccessFactors; - support the Group HCmonitoring; - produce ad hoc report related to the HR processescampaign, exploiting the tool already adopted.
